Flux IP Camera Factory Reset

Step 1: Connect your PC or laptop to the same switch or network as the camera.

Step 2: Launch Flux IPTool. If you do not already have the software, download and install it before proceeding.

Step 3: Expand the "Restore IPC Default Configuration" section within the tool.

Step 4: Locate the camera you wish to reset in the device list. Move the scroll bar to the far right to view the camera's MAC address.

Step 5: Enter the camera's MAC address into the field provided under "Restore IPC Default Configuration".

Step 6: Initiate the reset process and wait for the success confirmation message. Once confirmed, unplug and reconnect power to the camera within 30 seconds. If the camera is not power-cycled within this timeframe, the reset will not take effect.

Step 7: After the reset is complete, the camera will be restored to factory defaults. The default password will be:

Password: 123456
