Resolving Camera Interference on X-Series IP Cameras

Camera interference, often caused by fluorescent lighting, can affect the performance of X-Series IP cameras. To address this issue, follow the steps below to configure the camera settings:

  1. Access the Camera Interface: Log in to your X-Series Network Video Recorder (NVR) or IP camera.
  2. Navigate to Image Control Settings: From the Main Menu, select Setup, then choose the desired Channel, and proceed to Image Control.
  3. Adjust Time Exposure: Locate the Time Exposure setting and click the dropdown menu.
  4. Select Flickerless Mode: Scroll to the Flickerless option and select it.
  5. Save Changes: Click Save to apply the configuration.

This adjustment should resolve interference issues in most cases. If the issue persists, experiment with other Time Exposure settings to identify the optimal configuration for your specific environment.
