Firmware Update Notes

1. If your unit is out of warranty, any firmware updates would be considered at your own risk.
2. If your current firmware is 1.2.x or lower, no updates are available. Using the updates below will break your device.
3. If an update fails, contact tech support for in-between versions before updating to the latest.
4. You need to determine the current Firmware Type of your device. Go into the System Information screen to identify your current firmware version. The last few characters will display N0L, N0K, etc. This is your Firmware Type.

Firmware Update Instructions

1. Download the update file corresponding to your model number and firmware type.
2. Extract the update files from the .zip archive onto a USB flash drive formatted using FAT-32.
3. Insert the USB flash drive into your NVR/DVR and then reboot the device.
4. Update should begin. Do not interrupt the update. This can take up to 8 minutes to complete.
5. Reboot device after the update has been completed.
